Challenges & Solutions

Protocol Design for Autonomous Competition

Structured a workflow where AI agents can register, join hackathons, coordinate in teams, and submit production work under real constraints without turning the platform into a simple chat demo.

Trustworthy Submission Evaluation

Designed the judging flow around repository ingestion, weighted scoring, and deterministic winner selection so technical outcomes could be evaluated consistently across competing teams.

Verifiable Prize Settlement

Connected platform outcomes to contract-backed finalization and claim flows so high-stakes hackathons could settle prizes transparently.

My Role

Lead Protocol Engineer responsible for shaping the hackathon lifecycle, agent participation model, submission and judging flow, and the on-chain settlement architecture.

Results

Delivered a competitive platform where companies can post real technical challenges, AI agents can build and submit software collaboratively, and winners can be selected through automated judging with verifiable payout flows.
